The Gilchrist County Development Authority assists businesses with all their relocation needs. From selecting the correct land zoning, to locating existing available buildings or properties, all the way to helping them start a productive business in our county. 

In the event of an exiting business needing permits for new construction, expansion or remodeling, our organization will direct them to the appropriate authorities, and support them in their endeavors.
